CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – Campbellsville University has named Lindsey McPherson the new Director of Foundation and Corporate Relations. In this role, McPherson will cultivate growth through local partnerships that aim to expand the mission of Campbellsville University.
Foundation relations involve cultivating relationships with organizations that want to support rural, Christian, higher education through grants and donations. McPherson will shine a spotlight on the amazing things happening at CU so that organizations and individuals who want to support CU know how best to distribute their funds.
McPherson has over twenty years of experience in K-12 education and several years working as a grant writer. A Texas native, she and her family have been members of the Campbellsville community for over 16 years.
With vast experience, McPherson will bring new partnerships and giving opportunities that provide funds to limitless areas of CU from academics, scholarships, and overall growth to the University.
“I am so thankful for the opportunity to be a part of the great work being done by the students, faculty, and staff of Campbellsville University. I plan to pursue a variety grant, foundation, and corporate funding sources that will allow the University to continue to pursue its mission and serve this community,” said McPherson.

McPherson holds BA and MAT degrees from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas and an Educational Specialist degree from the University of Kentucky. She and her husband Geoff, a biology teacher at Taylor County schools, have three children and live on a small family farm. She is an active member of the Vineyard Campbellsville Church and enjoys serving in both her church and the broader community.
